Instructions
- Mix all vegetables in a bowl.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil, and toss to combine.
- Place a wrapper on a flat surface and add a spoonful of the filling.
- Roll the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides.
- Seal the edge with water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry spring rolls until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
