Ingredients

- 500g bread flour
- 350ml water
- 100g sourdough starter
- 10g salt
Instructions
- Combine flour and water in a bowl.
- Add the sourdough starter and mix well.
- Add salt and knead the dough for 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 4 hours at room temperature.
- Shape the dough and place it in a proofing basket.
- Let it proof for another 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
- Bake the bread for 30 minutes.
- Cool the bread on a wire rack before slicing.
