Instructions

  3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, vanilla, and food coloring.
  4. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until combined.
  5. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet. Press your thumb into the center of each.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool, then fill centers with cream cheese frosting.
