Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, food coloring, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool.
  5. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in strawberries.
  6. Spread cheesecake mixture over the cooled cake. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
