Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix red velvet cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg until combined. Press 2/3 of the mixture into the pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the red velvet layer.
  4. Crumble the remaining red velvet mixture on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
  5. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
