- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add breadcrumbs and egg, then mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the balls on all sides, then transfer to a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
