Description

Crispy pan-fried chicken dumplings with a juicy, flavorful filling. Perfect as an appetizer or main dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cups cabbage, finely chopped
  • 3 green onions, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 30 dumpling wrappers
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place 1 tsp filling in each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal edges with water.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place dumplings in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Add water, cover, and steam for 6-8 minutes until dumplings are cooked through.
  5. Remove lid and cook another 1-2 minutes to crisp the bottoms again.
  6. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use a non-stick pan to prevent sticking.
  • Keep dumpling wrappers covered to avoid drying out.
