Soft and sweet buns filled with Nutella, perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead into a dough.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough and spread Nutella evenly.
- Roll the dough into a log and cut into buns.
- Place buns on a baking tray and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes or until golden.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
- Use warm milk (not hot) to activate the yeast.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place.
- Adjust Nutella quantity to taste.
