Description

Soft and sweet buns filled with Nutella, perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead into a dough.
  3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough and spread Nutella evenly.
  5. Roll the dough into a log and cut into buns.
  6. Place buns on a baking tray and let rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes or until golden.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

  • Use warm milk (not hot) to activate the yeast.
