Instructions
- Slice the beef into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and spices.
- Marinate the beef in the mixture for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C).
- Place the marinated beef strips on a baking rack.
- Bake for 4-6 hours until dried and chewy.
- Let it cool before storing in an airtight container.
