Description
A hearty ham and potato soup made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 cups diced ham
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add diced ham, potatoes, onion, and chicken broth to the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in milk and cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Freezing is not recommended due to the potatoes’ texture.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
