Instructions

  1. Wash dandelion petals thoroughly.
  2. Boil petals in water for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain liquid into a bowl.
  4. Add lemon juice and butter to liquid.
  5. Stir in sugar and boil for 10 minutes.
  6. Check for set by placing a spoonful on a cold plate.
  7. Pour into sterilized jars and seal immediately.
