Ingredients

- 2 cups diced ham
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Add diced ham, potatoes, onion, chicken broth, garlic, salt, and pepper to the crock pot.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the milk and cheddar cheese.
- Cook until cheese melts and soup is heated through.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
