- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 10 slices pepperoni
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread pizza sauce on one tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the sauce.
- Add pepperoni slices and sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
- Top with the second tortilla.
- Brush the top tortilla with olive oil.
- Carefully transfer the quesadilla to the skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve.
