Ingredients

- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add pear slices and brown sugar, cook until caramelized (about 5 minutes).
- Remove pears and let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, toss mixed greens with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Add caramelized pears, blue cheese, and toasted walnuts.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently and serve immediately.
