Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add pear slices and brown sugar, cook until caramelized (about 5 minutes).
  3. Remove pears and let cool slightly.
