- 2 cups crushed Biscoff cookies
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix crushed Biscoff cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add Biscoff cookie butter, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Use a water bath for even baking.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
