  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Coat beef strips in cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Cook beef until browned, then remove.
  3. In the same pan, add garlic and ginger. Cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and water. Stir until sugar dissolves.
