Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix sugar, oil, and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in grated zucchini and walnuts.
- Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Do not squeeze moisture from zucchini—it keeps the brownies moist.
