- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat the fish fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the fish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add lemon juice and zest, stirring to combine.
- Return the fish to the pan, spooning the sauce over it.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
