- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be topped with sugar-free whipped cream.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
