Description

A flavorful and aromatic yellow curry prawns dish that combines tender prawns with a rich, creamy curry sauce.


Ingredients

  • 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp yellow curry paste
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp palm sugar
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add yellow curry paste and stir for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add fish sauce and palm sugar, stir well.
  5. Add prawns and red bell pepper, cook until prawns turn pink (about 5 minutes).
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
