Delicious homemade yeast cinnamon rolls with a sweet glaze.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk.
- Add sugar, butter, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to create glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the microwave for a few seconds.
