- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 4 cups beef broth
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the beef and brown on all sides.
- Stir in the onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Add the carrots, potatoes, broth, thyme, and rosemary.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
Notes
- Serve with crusty bread.
- You can add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
