Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken breast and cook until browned on both sides.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add bell peppers, onion, and zucchini to the pan.
- Sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Return chicken to the pan and cook until fully cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over mixed greens and drizzle with lemon juice.
