- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice.
- Add chicken breast to the bowl and coat it with the mixture.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet.
- Add broccoli and red bell pepper around the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm.
