Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup pickles
- Whole30 compliant dressing
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Prepare your bowl by placing mixed greens at the bottom.
- Top with cooked burger patties, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and pickles.
- Drizzle with Whole30 compliant dressing before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Feel free to add other Whole30 compliant toppings.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
