- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate (sugar-free)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread almonds and cashews on a baking sheet.
- Toast nuts for 10 minutes.
- Mix toasted nuts with dried fruit and coconut flakes.
- Chop dark chocolate and fold into the mixture.
- Store in an airtight container.
