Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken and coat well with the mixture.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet.
- Add bell peppers, zucchini, and onion around the chicken.
- Drizzle remaining oil mixture over vegetables.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
