Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and garlic. Sauté until softened.
- Add the ground beef. Cook until browned.
- Stir in the bell pepper, diced tomatoes, chili powder, and cumin.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- Can serve over cauliflower rice for a complete meal.
