Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground turkey until browned.
  3. Add bell peppers and onion to the skillet, cooking until soft.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in the cooked turkey mixture and spinach.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set.
