- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Fold in flour and salt until just combined.
- Gently mix in white chocolate chips and raspberries.
- Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Use room-temperature eggs for better mixing.
- Do not overmix the batter to keep blondies soft.
- Fresh raspberries work best, but frozen can be used if thawed and drained.
