Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  5. Stir in white chocolate chips, cranberries, and pistachios.
  6. Drop dough by tablespoons onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring.
