Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips (for coating)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add melted white chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Fold in graham cracker crumbs until combined.
  4. Roll mixture into small balls and place on a tray. Chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
  7. Place back on the tray and chill until set.
