- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken, white beans, green chilies, and chicken broth.
- Heat over medium heat until warmed through.
- Stir in sour cream, cheese, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
- Serve warm with toppings of your choice.
