- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup diced green chilies
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken, white beans, and chicken broth.
- Heat over medium until warm.
- Add sour cream and cream cheese, stirring until melted.
- Stir in green chilies, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
