Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 oz) diced green chilies

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add white beans, corn, green chilies, onion, garlic, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks.
  6. Stir in sour cream and cheese before serving.
