Scale
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced ham
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, ensuring it covers the vegetables and ham evenly.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the edges start to set.
- Using a spatula, gently lift the edges of the omelette, allowing uncooked egg to flow underneath.

- Fold the omelette in half over the cheese and cook for another minute until the cheese melts.
- Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
