A refreshing and fruity Watermelon Sangria Spritz, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1/2 cup club soda
- 1/4 cup triple sec or orange liqueur
- 1 lime, juiced
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the cubed watermelon and lime juice. Use a muddler or fork to gently mash the watermelon to release its juices.
- Add the white wine and triple sec to the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, add the club soda and stir gently.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the watermelon sangria over the ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a sweeter sangria, add a bit of simple syrup or more triple sec.
- Feel free to add other fruits like strawberries or oranges for additional flavor and color.
