Description
A refreshing and fruity watermelon punch that is perfect for summer gatherings and parties.
Ingredients

- 1 large watermelon
- 4 cups of lemonade
- 2 cups of pineapple juice
- 1 cup of lime juice
- 2 cups of sparkling water
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh, setting the rind aside to use as a punch bowl.
- Blend the watermelon flesh in a blender until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the blended watermelon, lemonade, pineapple juice, and lime juice. Stir well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Just before serving, add the sparkling water and stir gently.
- Pour the punch into the watermelon rind and add ice cubes.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a more colorful punch, add fresh fruit slices like strawberries, lemons, or limes.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more lemonade or using a sweetener of your choice.
