A refreshing and delicious watermelon lemonade that’s perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups Watermelon
- 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 4 cups Water
- as needed Ice Cubes
- for garnish Mint Leaves
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced watermelon and blend until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp.
- Add fresh lemon juice, sugar, and cold water to the watermelon juice. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more sugar or lemon juice.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- For a more intense watermelon flavor, use less water.
- You can substitute honey or agave syrup for sugar if preferred.
- This recipe can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
