Ingredients

  • 4 cups Watermelon
  • 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 cups Water
  • as needed Ice Cubes
  • for garnish Mint Leaves

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced watermelon and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the watermelon puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp.
  3. Add fresh lemon juice, sugar, and cold water to the watermelon juice. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more sugar or lemon juice.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

  • For a more intense watermelon flavor, use less water.
  • You can substitute honey or agave syrup for sugar if preferred.
