Ingredients

- 4 cups chopped apples (Granny Smith or Fuji recommended)
- 1 cup halved grapes (red or green)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped apples, halved grapes, chopped celery, and walnuts.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves and enjoy!
