Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, cubed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in garlic, soy sauce, and honey. Cook for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and red pepper flakes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- Use tamari instead of soy sauce for a gluten-free option.
- Add more vegetables like carrots or snap peas if desired.
- For extra crispiness, bake tofu before adding to stir-fry.
