Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Add broccoli and bell peppers, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Mix in garlic, soy sauce, and honey. Cook for 1 minute.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and red pepper flakes.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
