- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups diced vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, onions)

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Stir in the diced vegetables and seasonings.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Pour the egg mixture into the baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
