- 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
- Add chopped spinach, diced bell pepper, shredded carrots, green onions, salt, and black pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla around the filling. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator and slice each roll into 1-inch pieces.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
