- 2 medium Zucchini Fries (cut into sticks)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, toss the zucchini sticks with olive oil until well coated.
- Dredge the zucchini sticks in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Arrange the coated zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding Italian seasoning or chili powder to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Make sure to not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
