  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
  5. Roll the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread brown sugar and cinnamon over the dough evenly.
  7. Add raisins if desired.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  9. Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
