Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons almond milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Add almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread brown sugar and cinnamon over the dough evenly.
- Add raisins if desired.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and almond milk for glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat rolls in the microwave for a soft texture.
- Can add nuts for extra crunch.
