- 1 cup of coconut sugar

- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, combine coconut sugar, coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be topped with vegan frosting or fruit.
