Instructions

- Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours or until firm.
- Using a melon baller or your hands, scoop and roll the chocolate into small balls.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or chopped nuts.
- Place on a serving plate and refrigerate until serving.
