Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub the steaks with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, add red wine and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until reduced by half.
- Whisk in butter until melted and smooth.
- Serve the steaks with the red wine sauce.
