Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken in the pan for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
