Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken in the pan for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese.
  7. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  8. Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
