Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes for medium-rare.
- In the same skillet, add the asparagus and butter, cooking until tender.
- Serve the steaks with mashed potatoes and asparagus, drizzled with red wine reduction.
